Powerhouse Radio has been chugging along since 2001, with thousands of happy music listeners who have plugged into our website.
Now is the time to convert to an enhanced stereo stream, so we'll be doing the conversion at some point between Saturday April 12 through Sunday April 13.
Our Powerhouse Radio stream will not be available during this transition, but we'll be back by Monday, April 14th, if not earlier, with Powerhouse Radio Plus - the same great non-stop music that you enjoy.
FabFourSoul will still be available during the transition, so you can enjoy these songs all weekend long.

Thousands of webcasts from Internet radio broadcasters will go silent on Tuesday, June 26, 2007.
The day of silence is a protest against higher royalty rates that will force the majority of online broadcasters to shut down when the new rates go into effect July 15, 2007.
Congress can pass the Internet Radio Equality Act, if enough attention is given to this issue, to correct the royalty increase that will put many of your favorite online webcasters out of business.

Over the last forty years plus, Lou Rawls has been identified as a jazz performer, pop vocalist, folk stylist, soul singer, and blues interpreter. He's also performed at Broadway's Mark Hellinger Theatre.
Lou Rawls was born in Chicago, and made his singing debut at the age of seven, when he and the late Sam Cooke sang in a junior choir. His first professional experience began as a member of the Pilgrim Travelers, a well known gospel group from Los Angeles.
